Wasila Dahdul is the data curation librarian at UC Irvine Libraries, where she assists faculty, staff, and students with research data management and sharing. She has extensive experience in biological research and seeks to apply this knowledge to enhance research reproducibility and discoverability. Wasila leads workshops on data management and helps researchers meet funding agency requirements for data sharing. She holds a BS and MS in biological sciences from CSU Fullerton and a PhD in biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
