UC Irvine Libraries has a limited selection of display mediums available for student displays. Please check all that you'd like to use to display your work, if available.

Please supply a suggested beginning and end date with month, day, and year. Note that displays will be on display for a limited period (no more than one academic quarter). If the display is time sensitive, please explain.
I understand that I am responsible for the setup and takedown of the display during regular library hours and that display materials must be placed so as to accommodate physical safety considerations and must not interfere with the primary functions of the library buildings.
I authorize UC Irvine Libraries staff to video and/or photograph the display and materials within the display for promotional purposes. I understand that the display will be in a public space and that members of the public will be able to capture images of the display.
I understand that UC Irvine Libraries is not responsible for loss or damage of display materials before, during, or after the exhibition or for any feedback or comments that student display exhibitors may receive from others.
